★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客服人員說話很不客氣，機票姓名拼音出錯要詢問相關解決方法，卻換來一頓罵，還得自己想辦法。感受不到服務熱忱及基本尊重，令人失望。 最糟糕的跟團(與旅行社交涉)經驗，沒有之一。
The customer service staff spoke very rudely. If the pinyin of the ticket name was wrong, they had to ask for the relevant solution, but in exchange for a scold, they had to figure out a way. It is disappointing to not feel the enthusiasm for service and basic respect. None of the worst experience with a group (and travel social).
