★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 110/5/31用神腦iphone保護貼兌換券到店兌換，當班職員愛理不理，單手遞一張QR Code卷，表示要掃描加入會員才能兌換，又慢吞吞的到保護貼櫃找保護貼，發現沒貨了居然要我們去別間貼，這就是中華電信的官僚心態？沒貨了難道是顧客的錯？都沒想過要幫忙客戶處理？剩下滿版的居然問客戶要不要加價兌換？這種服務我連給一顆星都嫌太多了。
On 110/5/31, use the Shennao iphone protective sticker redemption voucher to redeem at the store. The staff on duty ignored it and handed a QR Code voucher with one hand, indicating that they had to scan to join the membership to redeem, and slowly went to the protection sticker cabinet The protective stickers, when we found out that they were out of stock, actually asked us to post them elsewhere. Is this the bureaucratic mentality of Chunghwa Telecom? Is it the customer’s fault that it’s out of stock? Haven't thought of helping customers deal with it? The remaining full version actually asked the customer whether to increase the price to exchange it? This kind of service is too much for me to even give one star.

補充：客人可以直接坐在櫃檯喝飲料，感覺防疫不是很確實
