這家人太多,你有抽號還不給你開戶,叫你改天再來....老實說人員服務不優,沒有戶頭有自然人憑証的,用手機開戶還比人工開戶好,至少不用看行員臉色及受氣....排前面的阿伯等一號要等一小時,等到發飆了才要處理....有空在那嘻嘻哈哈打屁聊天,認真工作不好嗎?應該說幾個態度不優的老鼠屎行員把這家銀行搞爛了,至少我遇到2個,靠近門口的行員態度就很好,有問必答....只是第二次我遇到真的讓人很不爽....

能給負的星星我肯定馬上給,進門就先被保全告知開戶要預約!開戶要預約我還第一次聽到,明明櫃檯有很多行員空閒,而整間銀行也就兩個人(包含我)要開戶,櫃檯行員寧願回頭大呼小叫讓裡面專責開戶的行員先出來跟客人預約,也不願正眼看看我,跟我說聲稍等一下,一點基本禮貌都沒有!接著專員說明開戶要公司統編!我一個小小員工開薪轉戶跟我要公司統編?最後告訴我開戶排到下禮拜三下午? 到底是多大牌的銀行開戶還要這樣被人糟蹋? 除非往後老闆要求一定要去這間分行,否則我死也不會再進去,離譜至極!亂七八糟! 從頭到尾只有不舒服也不被尊重的感受!
