★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人員服務態度非常好，去領車的時候因突然有點事晚到(店家9點休息，我們8:50左右才趕到)，小姐也非常客氣服務我們。
車款新穎，且整理非常乾淨，因為剛出社會在桃園工作，要去外縣市玩需要租車一定再租這間。
The service attitude of the staff is very good. When I went to pick up the car, I was late because of a sudden incident (the store was closed at 9:00, and we arrived at about 8:50), and the lady served us very politely.
The model of the car is novel, and the arrangement is very clean. Because I just came out of the society to work in Taoyuan, I need to rent a car if I need to rent a car to play in other counties and cities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我們在一個月前預訂車輛，租的是Honda Odessey。取車當晚是雨天，20:30牽車後，開出去就發現方向盤是歪的，以及前後擋風玻璃完全在雨天看不清楚，雨刷愈刷愈慘。由於是雨天晚上，隔天四點要出發，就算退車也沒辦法再租，所以就只能硬著頭皮開，想説真的不行，自己找洗車店處理，安全第一。
這部車前後擋風玻璃的油膜及陳年水漬讓我們在回家路上吃足了苦頭，當晚21:30開回家實在受不了，去找洗車店但是關了，於是到處找人借除水漬及油膜的藥水，後來晚上23:30開到朋友家，冒著大雨在路邊塗塗抹抹，希望能改善。
隔天跑蘇花，中途再次因為雨刷刷不乾淨，乾脆停路邊所有人冒雨下來擦玻璃，同行同學每個都説怎麼租到這樣的車，整車六人可做證。
還車時，因為塞車慢還一小時，雖然店家給予我們超時的部分收取優惠價，但對於整體車況，我還是只能搖頭。
很抱歉，開這車應該要很開心，但我們只有緊張，好在還車當日天氣放晴，只剩方向盤問題，我們沒有拍到車子的相片，因為一點也不想拍這部車。謝謝。以後應該也不會再選擇和通，寧願找和運或格上之類較大的公司，車況較有保障。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆人很好，態度親切，處理事情妥當，租過一次車，保險非常完全，而且含在租車費裡，CP值超高額外還可以自己保車體險（很便宜）不小心讓車子有擦傷，老闆只收一些工本費而已，非常棒的體驗，推薦大家！

An additional strong point is a daughter of a boss who can communicate in English well. I really suggest that the foreigners should rent the cars at this store.
