一開始有點被嚇到 因為老闆很「豪氣」，會以為老闆在大小聲不禮貌，內用吃一趟下來覺得老闆就是直爽～很推薦大家來吃唷?
（內用湯無限暢飲～是蛋花湯不是雞鴨邊角料湯，很讚?）

有時還有些蠻特殊的青菜
老闆講話不會拐彎抹角
吃幾次就知道老闆是豪爽待人
用餐巔峰時段出餐比較混亂這點是待改進
但餐點仍值得推薦

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我吃燒臘30年啦，老闆主食每項都很不錯，像今天的燒鴨，皮脆肉油香。
但給五顆星是因為老闆對配菜的堅持，每道都不是隨便亂煮，你去傳統港人開的，它菜就千篇一律，口味還很淡，一般台人開的店，雖比港人配菜好吃但多半每天都重覆，而這老闆每天都不同，真的很棒。
為了好吃，多等十分鍾又算什麼呢。
I have been eating roast meat for 30 years. The boss's staple food is very good. Like today's roast duck, the skin is crispy and the meat is fragrant.
But giving five stars is because the boss insists on the side dishes. Every dish is not cooked randomly. If you go to the traditional Hong Kong people to open it, the dishes will be the same, and the taste is still very weak. Generally, the shops opened by Taiwanese people are better than Hong Kong people. The side dishes are delicious but most of them are repeated every day, and this boss is different every day, which is really good.
What's the point of waiting ten minutes for delicious food.
