缺點：
1. 一層10戶共用兩部電梯，且只有一部能到地下室（停車場、丟垃圾）
2. 住戶約7成是承租客
3. 隔音很差，靠近捷運一側每十五分鐘兩班捷運、半夜維修或巡視捷運也會跑 聲音都聽得到
4. 樓上走路都聽得到、隔壁跟走廊講話也聽得到聲音

Disadvantages:
1. 10 households on the first floor share two elevators, and only one can reach the basement (parking lot, garbage disposal)
2. About 70% of residents are tenants
3. The sound insulation is very poor. The MRT runs twice every fifteen minutes on the side close to the MRT, and the MRT will also run in the middle of the night for maintenance or inspections. The sound can be heard
4. You can hear walking upstairs, and you can hear voices when you talk to the corridor next door
