第一次醫師回覆「他表示太痛，在動，雷射打偏危險」，那應該告知客人未施打完整的原因，而不是直接省略療程。所以同理可證，這位醫師開餐廳，判斷客人吃飽了，就不上後面的菜了嗎？
第二次去「補打」之前已詢問是否為「全除」，但溝通仍有出入，還是沒有「全除」。認為醫師應該了解全除的定義才對，而不是客人一直要求。
溝通過程中並無使用任何不理性、情緒字眼，如果能得到好的、完整的除毛體驗，沒有客人想連續的反應。
