★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大腸腥味很重，沒處理好也沒入味，麵線也不優。臭豆腐很硬，像是普通的炸油豆腐，沒有臭豆腐該有的臭味，連泡菜也不好吃，不脆也還沒入味。

算是外酥內軟型，泡菜量蠻多的，是個人偏好的較酸泡菜。
可能是蒜末醬油太重鹹，豆腐比較沒有味道
