★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛烤好的烤鴨，就直接用髒到發黑的粗棉手套直接按壓鴨身，用以查看烤的情況，想到是吃下這麼不衛生的東西就感到噁心。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烤鴨很美味，但衛生完全不及格！片鴨的時候沒戴手套，蒼蠅亂飛，待烤的生鴨就這樣掛在離馬路邊，車流量超大又在紅綠燈邊，生鴨完全沒半點遮擋沾上一堆廢氣跟灰塵，有點噁心！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有一鴨二吃，炒的部分有一點點偏甜，但整體口感是好吃的。
片肉的部分，肉本身很多汁，口感又好吃。
餅皮部分屬於厚的那種，一包有三片，吃起來口感Q且帶有麥香味。
食物部分整體而言都不錯，會再回購。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買整隻兩吃烤鴨630元附三包餅皮（一包有三片），想說會不夠吃要多買幾包，不知道是店員還是老闆的說平時加購只能多一包這次給你多兩包共650元，眼看著他從下方籃子到桌上說給我五包喔…原本只有一包醬的又說在給我多一包，巴拉巴拉的講一堆廢話給我聽說什麼就不講了！
結果回家打開後五包餅皮只變4包，多加購的兩包20元少放一包，感覺醬多一包變我自己買的！感覺很差……
疫情嚴峻時還一邊切鴨一邊要跟我聊天，他說怕你等候時間無聊開玩笑的……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常經過這家烤鴨店，第一次來排隊買。果然烤鴨香氣襲來，讓飢餓的感飆升十倍，一隻要價600元，看排隊的人都帶一隻，下決心也跟買一隻來試試。賣家分工很專業，片鴨的師傅神情專注雙手忙個不停，炒鴨架的師傅也不得閒，爆香加醬翻炒不停，分裝師傅忙著裝袋放餅皮，收錢的最大嗓門弄清楚訂單內容跟招呼到號領鴨的客人，井然有序。等待時間大概十來分鐘，還好。
回家開動，餅皮很有嚼勁，片鴨師傅功力很好，口感很棒。鴨架小辣很香，不會油膩。值得下次再去光顧。
