It started to charge since August 2020. ? It costs 30 NT$ per hour. If you spend 200 NT$ dollars, you can get an one hour parking for free. The more money you spend, the more parking hours you can have. The maximum free hours are four hours. If you have Carrefour's credit card, you can get one hour free with no need of purchase.
