地點還真隱密,就躲在中壢夜市入口/中央西路停車場的入口處,不是在路邊,是在人行道更裡面一點,不注意看很容易就錯過...
下午兩點半左右到,沒什麼人欸,不用排隊的感覺就是好...
不過也可能因為不用排隊的關係,水煎包都已經是不知道煎好多久放在鐵盤裡等客人上門
所以拿到手時並沒有特別燙手
加上拿回公司,經過20分鐘的車程
水煎包已經溫溫的了⋯⋯
一入口,想當然爾,表皮已經回軟,並沒有網路說的那麼神,是酥脆的外皮...第一印象就已經扣分啦
香氣其實也不足,應該只是用普通的沙拉油去煎而已,所以不像某些用花生油的店家來的香
內餡調味倒是到位,蝦皮、肉末、胡椒、配上切碎的高麗菜,鹹度個人覺得剛好,不過重口味的可能會覺得偏淡,再配上辣豆瓣應該可以彌補一下...
表皮一入口會覺得夠薄,不過吃到最後就發現其實厚薄不均,會感覺在吃麵糰...
初體驗,下次看看有沒有機會吃到剛起鍋的,扭轉一下印象!!!

The stuffing is well seasoned. The prawn skin, minced meat, pepper, and chopped cabbage are just right. I personally think that the saltiness is just right, but the heavy taste may feel light, and the spicy watercress should make up for it...
The epidermis will feel thin enough at the entrance, but at the end you will find that the thickness is uneven, and you will feel like eating dough...
