非常好吃的滷味,來中壢夜市必吃的小吃!這邊賣的價錢以現在的水平來說算是便宜的,而且重點是要配他給的酸菜,真的很好吃。 然後他也有附沾醬,不過如果不能吃辣的朋友建議用沾的就好,因為這個沾醬即使是不辣的也會有點辣!而且其實配著酸菜吃就蠻夠味了~ 但建議先了解營業時間,以免撲了空。因為最近突然想要吃,但到了營業時間都沒有看到車子出來,問了附近的攤商才知道原來他們出去玩了,而且三天後才會回來哈哈,所以大家一定要先跟附近的攤商確認,不要白等了!

曾記滷味,從小吃到大、吃不膩的老店之一⋯⋯ 為了它,我可以等1小時… 攤車位於中央西路上,大約1730會出現(有時會更早) 攤車一出現人潮就會開始聚集!!! 不過現在適逢微解封三級警戒期間,店家也很貼心的準備了實名制QR CODE、酒精消毒及溫度計,而且店家也首度準備了號碼牌,來避免在排隊時人潮聚集無法保持社交安全距離... BTW,在中豐路上有另外一家「曾氏滷味」,雖然兩家有淵源,不過分家後味道完全不一樣(店面的曾氏滷味完全偏甜),有攤車的才是老味道… 滿滿的滷味,找不到的直接問老闆,請他幫你夾…甜不辣、小豆乾、豆皮、大腸頭、鴨舌頭、豬耳朵這些都是大推項目…曾記的滷味沒有一般滷味常見的缺點-甜,許多家的滷味常常吃起來帶有甜味,曾記的並不會,只是單純的醬香味而已! 各式醬料,那個辣椒非常辣(建議跟醬油分開裝)、蒜頭醬油很蒜頭...而且老闆給的很大器,不夠的話可以再請老闆多加一點!!! 這邊的醬都是另外包的,不像通化夜市內的梁記,直接加進去切好的滷味中(雖然味道還不錯,不過想多加的話就沒辦法);沾醬另外包的好處是要鹹要辣自己控制調配,控制不好就是自己的問題啦... 炒酸菜是配滷味的重要配角,個人覺得可以單獨拿來賣了,保有酸菜應有的爽脆口感,重點是因為有炒過,所以還多了些許的甜味辣味,個人覺得鹹度是剛剛好,不會過於死鹹,真的要說死鹹的話,可以去吃吃新明市場內兩家老字號的牛肉麵桌上的酸菜就知道⋯⋯ 這次滷味花了8個小朋友,大滿足啊,可以吃到Ben過去了⋯⋯
