你們參加優惠活動(是你們自己要參加的，不是客人逼你們的)，要做就好好做，活動結束後，口碑好，客人也會回購。
在那耍手段，故意不給兌換，讓客人白跑一趟。
客人被騙，以後也不會想再去消費，
嚴重點大家po網抱怨，傳開了也會影響你們生意。
希望店家省思一下，別因小失大。
