來這裡的航電部門上班我不會推薦, 也不希望人力把人介紹到這部門! 這裡部門的老鳥和組長沒有一個會尊重來這裡工作學習的人,當你做一個組長不會尊重人時,我相信底下的員工也不會得到好的良範, 「上樑不正下樑歪」足以可以形容這樣的環境, 沒有人第一天來就必須受你的惡劣態度,沒有人必須像奴隸一樣使喚態度像狗一樣,來工作都是家裡的兒女也是誠心想要學習的人,也沒有人第一天就完完全全學會任何事,在這工作的環境可以感受到有許多的小團體也有許多鄙視新人的老鳥,不管是在言語和態度 可以把沒錯誤變成有錯誤、可以把不順眼變成合理大罵、可以把學習慢變成離職的原因,我不懂這樣的環境可以留住多少人?當一個環境流去了好幾個人 ,是不是做一個組長和部門必須去檢討這些人為什麼憤而離開,是不是必須檢討待人處事的態度是不是傷害到別人,真的不明白老鳥的姿態還要怪別人沒有努力的心? 會有這樣的思維真的糟糕,組長更是糟糕還會帶頭去叫罵,我不懂這樣的環境和主管可以留住多少人,在這部分工作可以明白一件事,「做越久可以囂張待人,甚至做組長可以動手待人」,在這部門有的是越南、泰國來的員工,身為台灣人在這部門工作已經覺得不容易了何況是外國來的,每個人都有一個價值和人權,怎麼待人相對別人也會怎麼待你,也沒有人天生必須受人侮辱,態度決定一切也會決定你的環境,身為組長或者是主管很重要的是,你如何管理你的員工如何讓員工也信任這份工作,而不是挑撥離間互相攻擊! 所以在這工作很多的感言是必須看見必須討論出來,無須忍氣吞聲莫名被灌黑,而且工作制度很差勁說話也不算話,在外良好的形象進去你就明白多恐怖,我們當主管或老鳥不要像他們的例子一樣待人,真的糟糕太糟糕!! 這谷狗分數1分根本不能給! 也不值得得到好評論!
