試過之後發現，其實秋香麵主要的味道就跟客家鹹湯圓的湯頭及配料有八九分像，只是把湯圓改成麵條，醬汁附著在麵身上，一口吃下，味道也是很迷人的！
牛肉麵很特別，吃起來有奶油的味道，湯頭不死鹹，肉塊也軟嫩，算好吃的麵，只是覺得價格稍高了點！
另外，小菜真的很讚，有去的話，一定要試試看！
