滷肉飯便當整體來看，份量相當足，可以看成滷肉飯加五菜。
魯肉飯口感偏濕不油膩(但是飯不軟爛)；肉的部分肥肉占一半以上，吃起來很有入口即化感。
百頁豆腐吃起來很有口感，味道有淡淡的滷汁味道。
滷蛋的部分，蛋白吃起來很彈，感覺滷的時間沒有過久。
白菜滷的部分稍辣，但是沒有滷汁的味道。
豆丁很辣，怕吃辣的朋友可以避免。
湯的部分，除了有金針外，還有肉羹在裡面，可惜肉羹的嚼勁我吃不太習慣；湯喝起來不鹹，但是有其他香味讓湯是好喝的；
