房子維護的很好且退租時房屋整潔度不錯！
但最後退租安排點交之段先生對於財損判定優先都自己裁量，並無以專業判斷為主，另，提出時間上恐無法配合，希望可以另外安排時間之情事段先生武斷認為點交一定能在15分鐘內完成，並說明很久才願意調整時間
