★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帶孩子初診，從掛號到看完醫生拿到藥，整個流程很順暢沒什麼等到，醫生及櫃台人員都很親切，孩子已經咳了好一陣子的咳嗽吃了幾包藥就緩和了許多，我知道看西醫更快，但我更prefer中醫的溫和調養（孩子天生過敏體質）。而且風澤中醫離家很近，以後不用跑太遠了。太好了?

我以為是我自己太鳥毛看來並非如此!
30日晚上第一次去貴診所看診，在櫃檯站了許久(前方無客人)發現一位戴眼鏡女性櫃檯人員不斷跟隔壁同事聊天愛理不理這也就算了~
看完醫生後等待醫師調配中藥過程十分冗長，等了一會後因趕時間故前去向同一名女性櫃台人員詢問是否中藥已完成，看了看左手邊請我再等一下，過了許久再次向該名女性櫃檯人員詢問，到櫃檯發現該女員工依然不斷與隔壁同事聊天，而藥早已完成放在旁邊了!
如果我沒有雞婆前去詢問那我還要白等多久? 病患的時間就不是時間? 就該等你聊完才能拿藥? 平常對病患就是這種愛理不理的態度? 難怪下面評論區都是在罵櫃台， 風澤這麼有規模的醫院一定要請這樣的員工嗎?
順帶一提施醫師看診仔細、不馬虎 ，會讓人想留負評就因這種員工

醫生很細心 而且很有耐心的聽我的症狀
更是很有自信的告訴我吃了能有緩解不適
希望一段時間真能獲得改善
一直很排斥中藥的我 沒想到 這藥其實甜甜的不會很難服用
我在等待的同時 護士看到有人站著
還趕緊 拉椅子給病患坐
配方藥很多 每個人都是滿滿一大袋藥
真的需要多給護理人員一點耐心等候
只有兩位護理人員 又要掛號 又要包藥 又要協助醫生幫病患治療 真的超忙的啊
