再次致電只說技術疏失 無任何賠償意思
還怪客戶廚櫃已老舊
（當初來評估說都還可以使用無需多花錢更換）
完工時我們的確疏失當場檢查
就當一次教訓吧！

Call again and only say technical negligence without any compensation
Blame the customer kitchen cabinet is old
