不良夫妻檔仲介，楊XX(女）、張XX(男）為了帶看房子，多次欺騙社區保全，進入社區不登記資料，對住戶咆哮動手。 愛欺騙的仲介，騙住戶委託，惡意中傷新森活社區，只想拉低社區房屋總價，成交賺佣金。連100元帶看費都不願意付的仲介，投機取巧賺取幾十萬的高額佣金，令人可恥，噁心?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 越來越多飯店式的社區住宅，現在的建案越來越普遍這種風格的設計，雖然不是最好的選擇，但至少風景跟環境確實是無可否認的好地方。
