?的口氣非常不好，?八咧，我欠妳的是嗎，既然要做櫃檯，口氣麻煩客氣ㄧ點，我都還沒有說完，妳就掛電話，接電話應該不用什麼專業，但口氣很重要不是嗎，就妳這種⋯真的差勁?

中午11:30 看診，掛號一個看起來胖胖的小姐，回答病患問題耐心極差，如果不想工作就不要出門工作，這樣的員工素質真的很差...是請沒有人嗎？還是診所經營者沒要求？這樣即便女醫生再仔細細心也不想再上門看診，看診前還得看掛號人員臉色，也沒辦法問問題，因為你們聽到她的回答會氣血升高，火很大?想考驗自己耐受力歡迎去看診
