今天第一次來看診,護理師跟藥師都很親切,醫生專業,講解清楚又仔細(不會因為只是輕症就開開藥急著打發你離開)~整體讓人覺得安心放鬆

現場環境還不錯,櫃台人員與護理師態度也佳,李醫生就是比較不講話,等你自己陳述後才檢查開藥應該是有點年紀熱誠不夠了但是老經驗了一看就知道問題,不須等太久這是最大優點,如果是皮膚外表的病菌是值得來這看。

現場人很多(排到走廊去了),疫情期間嘛,櫃台人員與護理師比較忙,可以理解的,院長李醫生就是老經驗了一看就知道問題,會等你自己說明病情後,就立刻檢查開藥,也會直接說明原因,不須等,不哈啦。吃藥抹藥1星期後,皮膚的問題就好了,在中壢地區算是老牌診所,只花健保費,一次OK,我適老中壢人了,很值得來這看,大推。

I hardly posted any poor comment publicly. I'm pity with the doctor, he has lost his passion as a medical practicer. The service provided is extremely poor: Asked him politely and he didnt ever look carefully at your problematic skin, he answered in the shortest possible sentence, and rushing to call in another patient in by throwing your NHI card on the table. From my observation he only spent less than 1 minute for every patient. Luckily he has a team of well mannered nurses and staffs. Pray that he has self-reflection on his behaviours and find back his passion. Customers are not king or queen, but at least we deserved basic respect as a human beings.
