因為長針眼之前去別間看2次沒好,去了里安看診,晚上8點多才到,沒什麼人沒有有等很久,女醫師幫我做小手術,過程非常細心而且不停的說話安撫我,真的非常感謝

帶小朋友到里安檢查視力非常多次,何醫師和解醫師都很專業,何醫師很注重小朋友的視力問題很為病人著想讓我感覺很好所以我很放心,我也推薦很多家長朋友到里安診所,老實說看其他評論寫到櫃檯護理師態度不好什麼的,其實我真的覺得不會,里安病人真的很多每次看她們總是忙進忙出跑上跑下的,有時候真的是病人的無理取鬧讓我這個旁人看了都很受不了更不用說是每天要服務那麼多病人的護理人員,所以我覺得很多我可以理解,可是有件事我真的要建議改善,好幾次小朋友檢查視力都要等很久,病歷放在桌上很久,明明看驗光師很多看他們都自己坐在椅子上看著手機做自己的事卻要我們等那麼久,甚至看到有人在睡覺的趴著看手機的,這點真的要改善。

It’s really the patient’s unreasonable troubles that made others like me unbearable to see it, let alone the nursing staff who serve so many patients every day, so I think a lot of it can be understood, but there is something I really want to suggest to improve. The children had to wait for a long time to check their eyesight, and the medical records were on the table for a long time. Obviously, many optometrists saw that they were sitting in chairs and looking at their mobile phones to do their own things, but they had to wait for so long, and even saw someone sleeping. Looking at the phone while lying on my stomach, this really needs to be improved.

解醫師人美溫柔又親切,整個被圈粉!! 櫃檯及現場所有醫護人員,我覺得都滿OK的,藥師也很細心解釋用藥須知,整體看診經驗還不錯!

去了四次覺得櫃檯小姐跟護士都很親切客氣 第一次去剛好是解佳霖醫師的診,必須要推解醫生,看診檢查很仔細、也很耐心回答解釋。 後來看了評價發現解醫師評價很好,真的很慶幸啊。

掛號小姐態度差,整間診所掛號SOP爛到爆!協助人員超不專業,促使我第一次至該診所就留下滿滿極差的印象。我不是愛給差評的人,但我第一次去該診所看診,從寫完病歷表後沒人向我說明流程,協助人員收走病歷資料後也無告知需將健保卡排列在桌上等待掛號小姐叫名掛號,至使我排了20分鐘後仍傻傻在等待。後來一位比我晚到的阿嬤,在我前面叫名掛號,我整個不知道為什麼.....立刻詢問掛號小姐,她還態度很差說:依健保卡叫名....天啊,我寫好病例時沒人告訴我要用健保卡排掛號,是當我們是白癡時間太多嗎???事後一句對不起都沒有,真是讓人失望至極,縱使有再高的醫術&聲望,在這樣的老鼠屎服務團隊相信只會讓人不想去該診所醫治.
