★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comments below all praise the 鹹酥雞 crispy outside and juicy inside, but I've found the latter not to be true? The seasoning is great all through the meat, nice crispy coating, and comes with basil which I appreciate. But I wish the meat isn't that dry. It's not boneless but mostly only soft bone so it's still ok.
