座位安排不是是很OK 一開始要我們一大群人擠小桌 覺得桌太小不想吃要走人 就有適合的大桌了
上菜很慢
食物美味程度一半一半

I am part Hakka from my dad's side of the family and it's great to experience their cuisine on my trip. The cuisine concentrates on the texture of food where meats and vegetables are preserved then steamed or braised. The skill in Hakka cuisine lies in the ability to cook food thoroughly without hardening it, and to naturally bring out the umami taste of the food. The dish shown here is Mi Tai Mu (米苔目), which consist of a special broken noodle stir fried with onion, ginger, minced pork, dried shrimp and a savory soy-based sauce. #yummy ?
