如果專業度不足 還是不要人員好了

之前我的檔案有問題，這位店員很有耐心的一一調整＋說明，沒有一絲不悅，過程中也記得確認各種細節，超感謝，想跟你說聲謝謝！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然店員態度還算不錯，但機台可能比較舊，檔案不會到很大但機台當機印不出來（我現場改檔案OK，不過當天人很少），印出來的品質不是到很好，黑墨有點太重，加上沒有幫忙裁切的服務，要自己現場手裁當下有點詫異.......。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/14晚上去，矮矮瘦瘦穿黑衣的男店員態度有夠差，好像欠他錢一樣，問他事情愛理不理，叫了兩次才過來，完全沒有服務熱忱。本來是看評價才選擇你們這家，沒想到服務態度真的是不敢恭維，用個書皮書背標題也沒對齊。
補充
由於不常去影印店，不太清楚流程，於是上前詢問該員（坐在後面櫃檯）正在和女店員聊天
我們說想要用書皮
該員回覆：有檔案嗎？
我：沒有欸（因為有點臨時，加上有帶紙本，本來以為紙本可以掃描）
該員立馬冷冷的說：沒檔案我們沒辦法用。
講完馬上轉頭跟隔壁女店員聊天
後來找到檔案，詢問男店員要如何給他
該員：那邊有電腦自己下載
又繼續跟女店員講話.
以上對話，我覺得男店員的回答都沒有錯，但是整個給人的態度就是一副愛理不理，然後每次一講完話就馬上轉頭跟女店員聊天，從頭到尾也都是坐著。
接下來我們把檔案弄到桌面上了，可是發現格式好像會跑掉（可能因為不是word開啟），用了很久，該員持續坐著聊天，中間也完全沒有過來關心。後來我去請他過來請了兩次，該員過來也是一副欠他錢的臉，弄好了丟了句 ：你們看一下，又立馬離開回去坐著聊天。
我們大概檢查了又要回去櫃檯一次「請」他再過來弄。
整次體驗下來 ，感覺他就是個資深老鳥，在操作上的確熟悉，但對於客人的態度真的有待加強，會讓人完全完全不想再踏入這家店。
一出來真心沒後悔去對面那家影印店。
