★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 財經法律學系簡稱「財法系」隸屬於法學院，修業「五」年。傳統法律系之法律課程皆有，在法律課程之外，也包含經濟學、會計學及財政學之必修財經課程，另設有經貿法律學程、科技法律學程與司法實務學程，公平交易法、消費者保護法、經濟犯罪、著作權法、專利法、商標法、電信法等課程，是財法系之課程特色。
 The Department of Finance and Law, referred to as the “Department of Finance and Law”, is affiliated to the School of Law, with a five-year study period. The traditional law department has all the law courses. In addition to the law courses, it also includes the compulsory financial and economic courses of economics, accounting and finance. There are also economic and trade law courses, technology law courses and judicial practice courses. Fair trade Law, consumer protection law, economic crime, copyright law, patent law, trademark law, telecommunications law and other courses are the characteristics of the Department of Finance and Economics.
