★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近三小時的車程，司機大哥完全不給去休息站！！！即使多次說明快要忍不住，還是要求我們憋著，原因是大哥要跟著車隊，不能脫隊！同時發車的同事搭其他車都說他們都有下休息站廁所，但大哥嘴超硬就說那不是我們同車隊的，到底基於什麼原因不給上廁所，也說不清楚。不能就是不能！憋了一個多小時，真的不能給”0”顆星嗎！而且整個車上都是煙味?跟KTV包廂沒兩樣！非常糟糕

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 搭乘車隊從嘉義到桃園，途中完全不給上廁所，只會說“不行不行其他車也這樣”，事實是，其他“公司”的車都有下交流道，只有貴公司的司機罔顧基本人權。
車上還有煙味跟霉味，不曉得有沒有好好在清潔？？？
不管基於什麼理由，請至少做好最基本的服務吧。
為下一個旅客祈禱
On the way from Chiayi to Taoyuan in a convoy, there is no toilet at all on the way, just saying "no, no, other cars do the same." The fact is that other "company" cars have down-passages, and only your company's drivers disregard basic human rights.
There is still smoke and musty smell in the car, I wonder if it has been cleaned properly? ? ?
Whatever the reason, please do at least the most basic service.
