★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的動作是很慢，等四個號碼一個小時都沒叫過任何號碼。一堆櫃檯但實際上有作業的少之又少，毫無效率可言
 The action is really slow, waiting for four numbers for an hour without calling any numbers. A bunch of counters but very few actually have work, no efficiency at all

然後辦理時間又一個小時了，
不懂動作在慢什麼？開戶要等三個半小時以上
The action is really slow, it took two and a half hours for me to arrive
Then it took another hour to process,
I don't know why the movement is slow? It takes more than three and a half hours to open an account

可以隨便辦個業務
讓你打發至少半天時間
作業流程不順暢 簡單開帳戶 辦網銀或補提款卡
全部都要在服務台紙本作業完畢又要等櫃檯作業
根本就是重複工作 浪費時間
員工之間不會互相幫助 問一句也嫌同事麻煩
而且一點也不專業
不是客戶本人的存摺 可以隨意交到客戶朋友手上
這點真是大開眼界
應該學習一下什麼叫效率 什麼叫簡化流程
什麼叫隱私 貴銀行應該重新培訓才是重點
銀行跑的都是舊年代的流程 喜歡懷舊的
隨時隨地可以去感受一下
Want to pass the time
You can do any business
Let you pass at least half a day
The operation process is not smooth. Simply open an account, apply for online banking or make up an ATM card
All have to be done on paper at the service desk and have to wait for the counter
It’s just duplicating work and wasting time
Employees don’t help each other out
And not professional at all
It’s not the customer’s passbook, you can hand it over to the customer’s friends at will
This is really eye-opening
Should learn what is efficiency and what is simplified process
What is privacy? Your bank should retrain the key
The bank runs the process of the old age, like the nostalgic
You can feel it anytime, anywhere

服務台一直在聊天傻眼 到底是要不要按號碼

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果有比一顆星還要再低的評分我絕對給負評，銀行人員動作慢服務櫃檯只有兩個，網路銀行跟原始人用的一樣，要不是公司轉帳此生絕對不會使用時間爛到不行的銀行、各企業使用時銀行真需三思
If there is a rating lower than one star, I will definitely give it a negative rating. There are only two service counters for bank staff who are slow-moving. Internet banking is the same as that used by primitive people. Banks that don't work, banks really need to think twice when using them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 動作到底是要多慢。前面五個人 等了一兩個小時 明明就沒什麼人 到底要多久 一顆星還太多== 打發時間混薪水也不是這樣 別人時間也是時間啊
How slow is the action? The first five people waited for an hour or two, and there was obviously no one. How long did it take? One star is too many == It's not like spending time and mixing salary. Other people's time is also time.
