1. 兒童檯面鏡框是貴的,挑完沒先示意價位,最後和鏡片一起報價時鏡框價位也沒有商議空間,只好打槍重挑選鏡框?,這時才趕緊從櫃檯下方取出稍微廉價的框,這一來一往,感受不佳。 2. 我不想評論從業人員的專業度,我只覺得整個過程感受不太到想服務客戶的真誠感,相當沒溫度且冷淡。 3. 但卻能明顯感受到他們十分商業的態度,舉例:明知孩子是初次配鏡,歲數也還小(未滿九歲),卻直推塑型片,加上前面冷淡的態度,實在令人無法共鳴。且站在家長立場,預算也會是考量點,業主雖從塑形片能減緩孩子度數增加速度切入,乍聽下花錢就能解決,但若像我一樣有預算考量,你的建議只會增加家長的壓力與負罪感?。(還不死心做二次提醒⋯⋯) 4. 自己也戴了半輩子的眼鏡,走過的眼鏡行應也不在少數,但這麼沒人情味與溫度的店,第一次遇到。

周先生服務態度「極差!」 第一次先到診所看了眼科做驗光,就在二訪準備配眼鏡時,接待的周先生服務態度“極差”! 問話方式令人感到非常不舒服,從一踏進門市到離開的整個過程都非常沒禮貌。 總結一下內容: 1.報電話號碼調資料時跟周先生說要報另一支號碼,結果他竟回客人說:“我在等妳…。” (是我誤會了什麼嗎??我只聽過:請說、來,電話號碼多少、請問您的號碼、您的電話是….之類。 什麼叫“我在等妳”??這麼大的連鎖品牌沒做教育訓練?) 2.先是詢問“之前眼鏡是配多少錢的”後則表示“本店一副多焦鏡片配好起碼要7-8千,1萬多的也有,這個價格如果可以接受的話就繼續”。 (舊的是幾年前在新北市的大學眼鏡配的,價格忘了只憑印象,記憶中好像2、3千,然後周先生表示“我們沒這種價格”(ok~因為是印象中的價格所以可能有誤),而以上對話前者沒什麼問題,後一句有些匪夷所思,我不知道原來現在配眼鏡要先看你配不配的起再考慮是否繼續介紹鏡片及鏡框材質?,要是沒個幾千幾萬還真不好意思走進去參觀選購了) 更傻眼的是,接下來整個心情很差的走出門市,周先生則跟在後頭態度轉變說不好意思他沒有那個意思,然後接著竟然說一開始確實是在“試探”??
