★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這次買的鋼琴一開始在送貨時間的安排上有點不愉快，沒有按照當初說好的時間運來也沒有先主動溝通，溝通不良這點讓我們很生氣，但後來送貨搬運的過程很仔細用心，調音師認真負責的態度也非常令人肯定，所以最後覺得是售後服務蠻好的。
The piano I bought this time was a bit unpleasant at the beginning of the delivery time. It was not shipped according to the originally stated time and did not take the initiative to communicate. The poor communication made us very angry, but later the delivery and handling process was very careful and attentive. The conscientious and responsible attitude of the tuner is also very positive, so in the end I feel that the after-sales service is quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在這邊買了一台鋼琴跟敦煌古箏，鋼琴跟古箏的音色都非常好！有任何問題，老闆娘說都會負責，服務態度真的很棒！
售後服務的部分，可能我要求比較高，多次打電話詢問相關問題也都有幫忙解決，老闆娘還特地從中壢跑到台北幫忙調整我的古箏，很有心的商家，然後有需要任何樂器都會再來這邊買！
I bought a piano and Dunhuang Guzheng here. Both piano and Guzheng sound very good! If you have any questions, the boss said that she will be responsible, and the service attitude is really good!
For the after-sales service part, I may be more demanding. I called many times to ask related questions and I also helped solve the problem. The proprietress also ran from Zhongli to Taipei to help adjust my guzheng, a very caring business, and then I would need any musical instruments. Come here to buy again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長大了才發現當年買到的根本不是YAMAHA原廠琴，是個改造琴，琴身不是YAMAHA，Logo也被修改過。給的保證書上寫KAWAI…怎麼可以這樣欺負人？
改造琴品質也不差當然可以賣，但是不該用欺騙的手段哄抬價格☹️
