5/26下午5點左右到全通領紀念品。因為是第一次領覺得期待又新鮮,但是領的過程一肚子火。我到的時候不用領號碼牌,也無需排隊,在第二個窗口辦理。辦理的大姐嗓門超大,很急,把單子撕得亂七八糟,問她問題也不耐煩。我不理解這樣的態度及對應方式是「效率快」的表現嗎?我還在發問,這位大姐已經叫下一位客人進來!!! 相對隔壁窗口的大姐,溫柔且親切。 看了其他人的評論,很多都是評論5星,我想這些客人應該就是遇到有耐心且態度佳的服務人員吧!
