更新 2021/05/11 老闆娘突然要收掉這間店 所以我跟老公決定頂下來了 但是因為他們原本成本比太高(沒算自己薪水)所以菜單必須調整成可以養活自己的樣子(雖然疫情立刻就來了呵呵) 現以肉為主角,配上配菜和太陽蛋 因為我們大廚煮肉就是厲害 入門推:第戎活菌豬 現在菜肉價格飆漲,其實附近也是這個價位,沒比較貴了,份量相當有誠意 週三週六,兩位大廚會推出特餐 想吃要趕快先預定 LINE的官方帳號:青檸檬 IG:青檸檬 —以下是原文— 我是常客,從開業到現在,一路看他們走來 一開始人很少,也不知道到底賣甚麼,經由朋友介紹來踩,一試上癮。料理很用心、老闆娘人也非常親切,很難理解這樣的店為甚麼在中央大學的附近還不會紅? 後來客人多之後,開始遇到各式各樣的問題,例如:全部現做會完全負荷不了客源(要等很久)、飯一次要煮很多(就有比例上的問題)等等,對於他們真才實料下功夫去做的手續來說,都是一大考驗。(反正吃了不滿意我就會直接跟老闆娘說) 幾經調整後,現在飯基本上都很OK了、等待時間也基本上維持在半小時以內(人多的話還是要久一點)不過可以喝茶聊聊天聽音樂就還不錯。然後在十分鐘內不小心就KO掉餐點(常常來不及拍照,例如今天) 來店的客人就知道需要等待(很有趣的默契) 價錢對於學生偏貴,但吃過市區或台北的人,就知道這個質料、這個價錢太便宜了。(裝潢一下、換個餐具,應該還要再貴一倍) 有時候空閒會去幫忙剝蒜頭、摘九層塔。每個醬都是從原料開始,太用心了(還沒剝到1/10就快昏了,那個量還只能用一周) 最近推出海鮮套餐,等於(限青醬白醬)套餐+60元,可以吃到很新鮮又很滿足的海鮮(十隻蝦子or5隻孔雀蛤or兩整支透抽想逼死誰?),希望老闆娘大廚可以順利繼續這個方案呢~~~

This is by far the best pasta restaurant around NCU! As many restaurants around the campus, with your set, you'll get corn soup, but this is another whole level of food I emptied my bowl in seconds! Got to try the mushroom and cream sauce, and the Pesto sauce. Both were incredibly good but Pesto was definitely my favorite. The ingredients are so fresh that you can even taste it! The pesto sauce was light yet it had an immense flavor. They even offer garlic infused oil, freshly ground black pepper and high quality cheese; so you can season your pasta as much as you want. Can't wait to go back!
