疫情期間不提供茶咖啡，現場等候維修建議可自行帶水，有沙發與充電器，外加有一台專屬更新軟體的電腦可利用。

Note20U的螢幕破裂，原本想找外面的維修來更換螢幕，結果動輒1萬起跳…還是副廠零件，實在是讓我很無言。
最後還是打電話問問原廠維修，就算貴至少料是原廠，結果價格出乎我意料只要8900，就直接過去維修了，最後維修價格是8650，而且隔天就好了。
服務態度的補充：送修的服務員，我也能理解妳的難處，畢竟這是公司的SOP作業，還有責任歸屬的問題，但其實正常換螢幕是不會動到機板的，不會動到機板也就不會有還不還原的問題。希望這部分可以直接跟客戶說詳細，減少我們的擔心。
