如果我可以下午再來就醫,我就不會11:50來掛號了!
一直問說你能不能下午再來!(還問了三次!)
還是員工教育訓練要加強?聽了不是很舒服!!
If the clinic is not willing to let the patient register at 11:50, it should be notified when the last registration is!
If I can come to see a doctor in the afternoon, I won't come to register at 11:50!
Keep asking if you can come back in the afternoon! (I also asked three times!)
Or should employee education and training be strengthened? Isn't it very comfortable to hear!!
