★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用外送平台訂餐，因為選項沒有不辣，只能在備註欄備註不辣，但還是送來有辣的食物，打電話回去反應，告知店家有這樣的狀況，店家回覆他們沒有在看備註…請問把客人的需求放在哪裡？回覆的態度不佳還把責任全推給外送平台…雙方要合作也該負點責任吧？
ps.電話中完全沒有提到要退錢卻被說成想吃免錢的？？？？？

（幾次嘴饞住家附近購買別攤，小菜竟然一份三十@@而且根本不入味呀！吃過重口味～絕對一試成主顧！）
