★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上10點打去沒人接，晚上7點打去沒人接，將住戶的包裹遺失了，只會在那鬼打牆，平常既不會幫住戶開地下停車場與門口的大門，下雨天颱風天時看見住戶淋雨找鑰匙也毫無作為，請他們開門還會拒絕住戶，社區監視器與警衛簡直形同虛設。
