(幫高調) ※ 要租或者買的真的要考慮清楚 警衛室問題非常非常大,管委會造冊程序非常雜亂 !(很像死要錢的樣子) 居住滿一個月才開始說要收造冊通行證費用(房東未提) 警衛說這程序弄了好幾十年,我就問 好幾十年是這種規劃我也是笑了 多次去警衛室拿外送被攔下來用非常不客氣的語氣質問哪一戶住戶 強迫造冊,一人300兩人600,退租後各退200 說跟房東溝通,就強制鎖磁卡 ? 很有趣的是繳完也沒有拿到警衛所謂的 【通行證】 後來去拿收據時早班警衛又在說 你們沒有給照片沒辦法做通行證啊 貴管委會要多溝通 ??????????????????? 程序講好很難 ? 汽車、機車有磁卡管制,我看也很多不知道是不是住戶的人走進來警衛也沒在看好嗎,造冊的用意真的有在執行嗎 ?
