經朋友推薦,據說原本是中央西路上的路邊攤。吃了覺得炒羊肉味道真的不錯,這一帶有滿多間炒羊肉,這間的味道跟份量都很不錯。 不過較可惜是店內油煙嚴重,一進來就覺得刺鼻打噴嚏,抽油煙機感覺沒什麼效果。這有個副作用是導致我聞不太到菜的味道,雖然油煙也是香噴噴的啦...但感覺不一樣。 關於炒羊肉本身沒什麼問題,肉菜比例大約1:1,份量不小氣。但是盤底湯汁有些過多,吃到下面泡在湯裡的部分會有點鹹。 二訪:油煙問題似乎大幅改善了,內用空間清爽許多,桌面也沒那麼油了,很棒哩!

今天晚上買了三份羊肉炒麵、兩份羊魯飯、一個炒羊肉跟一個羊肉湯。所有的羊肉都沒有羊肉味,炒麵的麵跟炒汁根本都沒入味,所以吃起來沒什麼味道,羊魯飯的飯是軟黏的飯,炒羊肉也不是沙茶炒羊肉的味道,一整個怪。羊肉湯的肉吃起來軟爛,感覺好像有包漿的肉羹,可是外表看不出來有裹粉,重點是吃起來不像羊肉。全家人都一致認為踩到雷了。以前吃過在中央西路路邊的炒羊肉還蠻好吃的,但是都是比較晚才開門,今天吃晚餐就看到這家去買,結果超難吃的........ 今天等了一陣子都是外送的,想想一定要寫一下,不要讓像我一樣的人再踩雷了

從路邊餐車搬到店面後.今個是第一次造訪.與友人點了基本的招牌炒麵回味一下.小菜不算是強項.但羊肉炒麵風味依然.有些人覺得味道有些變.個人覺得是差不多啦?搞不好連老闆自己都一頭霧水??❓ 反正在深夜裡能吃盤熱呼呼的羊肉炒麵.再配碗熱湯之類.就是件很幸福的事了?

+便宜,cp值高,也開很晚 +炒牛肉是蠻好吃,麵不會太軟、入味、肉也很多,可能是醬汁偏濃、後面變成越吃越鹹 -羊魯飯肉滿滿,羊味非常重,也非常鹹、感覺飯跟滷汁的比例有關。不會讓我想吃第二次。

臨時起義到威尼斯吃晚餐,找了很久忽然在地圖上看到阿中炒羊肉!這不是以前在中原唸書一定要來吃的嗎!而且我記得是路邊攤~不知道什麼時候有店面啦~就帶友人嘗試看看~ 友人第一次在桃園吃到羊肉炒麵,說要跟新竹的西市汕頭比比看…我直接說不能比吧??因為口味完全不一樣….結果友人真的不滿意啊….因為西市汕頭的炒麵沙茶醬比較濃郁,阿中的羊肉炒麵他覺得有點甜味,我是覺得還好,個人口味問題了! 龍鬚菜(炒青菜)有點清淡了,讓我訝異的是,小菜裡有一道是胡麻醬龍鬚菜50元,結果炒青菜100元,所以開個火炒一下多50元? 羊肉湯我覺得滿好喝的,肉羊肉肉質軟嫩,但友人又說不行…原因是覺得羊肉有勾芡過,確實可能因為勾芡後才能讓肉煮久了不會老掉,結果他說是技術問題…我暈,看來他不會來第二次啦?? 備註:是友人口味特殊,絕對不是阿中炒羊肉不好吃啊….我覺得吃起來還是跟唸書時一樣好吃呀!
