★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭本身偏清淡，更多的是花椒的香辣撐起湯頭味道的
臭豆腐、鴨血很入味，鴨血沒有腥味，是少數鴨血好吃的麻辣燙滷味
湯頭很像以前在嘉義最愛吃的麻辣燙味道
值得五顆星～
The soup itself is light, more of which is the spicyness of the pepper to support the taste of the soup.
Stinky tofu and duck blood are very tasty. Duck blood has no fishy smell.
The soup is very similar to the Mala Tang, which was my favorite in Chiayi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本抱著麻辣燙差不多都大同小異，錯了！這家麻辣燙湯頭真的不錯好吃，可惜太晚去了，想吃的料都售完了。下回提早來
回家開吃，也very good，直接吃光喝光，加辣好好吃！（老闆帥喔）

湯頭好喝，非常香麻～我點微辣，喝到一直擤鼻涕，最後依然把湯喝光光（老闆說每日熬煮三小時！我還不喝爆！！！）
