★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two and half stars. Jeremy was an attentive server. However the restaurant's kitchen best practices must change or the manager must be demoted. Unlike the Taipei location which has the same menu and same prices this location is inferior.
For the most part all dishes are served slightly warm and don't meet international food safe standards. Yam fries was the exception. Steak, ribs, chicken and burgers served almost cold. When you pay 490 NT for steak you don't expect an almost cold steak. Furthermore, they don't have many items which are on the menu like the 10 ounce New York steak or house beer. This is totally unacceptable.
I suspect this location will close like the New Taipei location did unless some major changes occur. In the interim, go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very good. Similar to Fridays, but better and cheaper. Burger was amazing. Wife raved about the Mexican roasted chicken. She said the flavor went all the way through the chicken, not just on the surface.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place for western food inside metrowalk mall. They have steak and ribs but I went to try the burgers. First off, the burgers (I got the Hawaiian burger) are ginormous, I didn't have a bite where I ate both the buns. The patty is juicy and thicccc, they have lots of other stuff in there making the burger real big. They do give you a paper to wrap around your burger which makes it easier and less messy to eat. The fries are good and you can have yam fries if you choose so. You can also add a combo for 100 ntd for soup and a drink, the other combo is 190 and that gets you a dessert.
The restaurant is nice and clean, the service is also pretty good. I went on a weekday for dinner and it wasn't too busy.
