口味真的很不錯，一開始吃這種便當還會覺得沒味道、少油少鹽，很無聊，但這家令我改觀。
餐盒除了有滿多的蔬菜之外，肉品也是低溫烹調而成，主菜有雞腿、雞胸、豬里肌、嫩肩牛排和鯖魚，個人點了豬里肌跟鯖魚，覺得很出色，舒肥的豬里肌嫩而不柴，鯖魚油脂豐富，是有精心挑選過，若吃不飽的也能夠加價主菜加量。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 認真覺得這間是全中壢最好吃的健康餐了！吃了好多間中壢健康餐就這間最好吃，不管是牛是雞，肉質總是很新鮮一點都不柴，吃了5次以上從沒遇過任何柴的部分，也很乾淨，蔬菜的部分也都會更換菜色，不會都是固定的蔬菜，店員們的服務態度更是良好！老闆還問我說為什麼最近開始有好多外送員也跟他們買，是不是當中有人在幫忙宣傳，坦白說我不知道有沒有人在幫他們宣傳，但是我知道健康先生實力優秀，不用宣傳也會有很多人來買的啦！?忠實顧客在此✨
