眼鏡不小心壓到了去調整,順便選購散光隱眼。 不確定當時服務人員是誰,但當介紹各種隱眼時,不會像某些眼鏡行僅僅是大致說明各個品牌的差異而已,而是會先傾聽顧客的需求、了解整個狀況,再給出最適合客人而專業的建議與說明。 而在過程中也不僅僅是幫忙選擇,還會適時的補充說明一般人對於較專業部分缺乏的知識,讓顧客明白這些東西,這部分我很喜歡。 整體來說這次體驗非常棒,不帶壓迫感的互動、針對顧客需求的的專業介紹,還有很多優點,也難怪評價這麼高,以後還會來的。

沒事別讓門市人員碰你的眼鏡!! 今天在此門市遇到非常糟糕的顧客體驗... 希望藉由這次消費經驗給大家參考,不要再有同樣的事情發生。 由於我有隱形眼鏡的需求,因而前往該門市消費,過程中門市人員想知道我的近視度數,借走我的眼鏡當作參考。他們發現我的眼鏡鼻墊泛黃且髒舊,善意的提出幫我做更換的動作,並且將眼鏡洗滌乾淨後交還給我。 後續一連串銷售的過程,包含聆聽我的需求以及介紹門市的產品,選定最後方案後與結帳,都很順利,我也相當遵從他們的專業與建議後購買產品。 原以為這是一次愉快的經驗,不料,在我返家之後,偶然的情形下,我的視角往下看,總覺得影像不是那麼清晰,拿下眼鏡後發現,我的眼鏡鏡片上的鍍膜好像被破壞掉了(如圖片),第一時間我打電話去門市詢問是怎麼一回事?!門市人員告知我建議前往門市,他們才好做判定。 於是我又額外花了十多分鐘的時間從家裡再返回門市,並把眼鏡給他們判定。結果,門市人員吿知我是我自己眼鏡的品質問題,上面的鍍膜才會脫落,中間過程門市人員也從各種角度分析為什麼這個問題會發生的原因。當然, 我瞭解也尊重你們的解釋。 但我個人的感受是,原本我只要花錢買隱形眼鏡而已,但是現在搞成這樣,我是不是又要額外花費另外錢去重配我的眼鏡?!再來,門市提供眼鏡跟更換鼻墊與清潔的額外服務的確讓消費者感到驚喜,但身為專業的眼鏡公司,不是應該要憑著自身的經驗,做出有把握的判斷嗎?若如你們所說的,在洗之前就有發現鍍膜有剝離的可能,那你們還會將消費者的眼鏡拿去清洗,最後,當你們洗完了以後,有檢查的程序嗎?為什麼我看的到而你們看不到呢? 還是覺得這樣的結果是正常的? 反正,買東西就是這樣,若不喜歡就不要買!所以我把原本預定的隱形眼鏡退掉了,浪費了我一個小時的時間做了件無意義的事情,然後還要再額外花時間去重配我原來的眼鏡。 我覺得還有一件很扯的鬼打牆溝通,就是門市人員要我去原來配眼鏡的門市告訴他們,因為鏡片的品質很爛,才會害別人在洗眼鏡的時候,鍍膜剝落。還拍胸脯保證對方一定會換一個新的給我?!因為若是在貴公司發生這樣的事情, 一定會幫忙處裡, 一切都很合理? 重點是你洗壞了我的眼鏡呀大哥… 最後也希望本來想去這家光顧的消費者,若你有參考評價的習慣,也花了時間看完了這又臭又長的心得,不曉得你還願意前往嗎? 我是不會再去了!
