配合多年,從未有過抱怨,體諒清潔人員辛苦,用壞家中東西從不追究,也讓清潔不完之處輪做,從未要求期限內做完,明年度新合約公司竟要求每週一次,強迫中獎,費用漲價,時間縮短,還要求每週清潔一次,增加負擔,無法配合就放棄此客戶,太扯!當初配合時就可兩週一次,現在客源穩定就強迫中獎,這樣合理嗎?

因為沒有試過此公司的服務,因此詢問時表示希望先試試看「單次的清潔」,如果第一次體驗後覺得服務有達到理想,會有簽約意願。結果諮詢的人員不停不停真的是不停的推銷簽約!!甚至我已經明白表示,不是我不簽約,而是連試都沒試過為什麼要我直接簽約一年?就算單次清潔價位較高我也可以接受。但諮詢人員根本沒有在聽我說話,聽完我只願意先試用單次清潔的時候,繼續說「讓我來跟你說明一下為什麼簽約的情況會比較好....」。真的很明顯的是浪費彼此的對話時間。 最後我還是堅持希望先試過單次清潔在考慮後續簽約。諮詢人員直接說他們現在沒有辦法服務單次清潔,如後續有空檔會在通知,草草了結。 一家號稱「全台最大清潔管家平台」的公司,只會不停的說服別人要一次性的簽一年合約。很明顯的讓人感覺是想要先騙上手,簽了約很多東西都沒有辦法後悔了。感覺連單次清潔服務的自信都沒有,誰還敢真的一次簽一年? 此次經驗真的蠻差的。儘管沒有試過此家公司清潔服務,但基於諮詢人員的態度還有公司怎麼教育諮詢人員已經公司策略(伎倆)非常不推薦這家公司。

Obviously, it makes people feel like they want to cheat first, and there is no way to regret after signing many things. I don’t even feel confident in a single cleaning service. Who would dare to sign for one year at a time? This experience is really bad. Although I haven't tried this company's cleaning service, but based on the attitude of the consultants and how the company educates the consultants, the company's strategy (trick) is highly discouraged.

給媽咪樂服務有ㄧ年以上了也自認爲沒有讓內勤人員造成過任何麻煩 但內勤人員實在態度很糟糕??管家的部份真的很不錯? 我就算續約了也寧願浪費錢也要取消 合約。 因為內勤人員覺得我們這種客戶可有可無 動不動就說沒有辦法 那麻煩請有辦法的人來處理一下好嗎 內勤人員讓我覺得只想簽合約 服務真的很差 ?????
