★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桃碩有一個很固執的老老闆，習慣用台語跟客人溝通，但只要你有心想學習，並且好好有好好愛護您自已產品。老老闆就會告訴如何把不銹鋼等各種鋼鐵產品做的更美好。有時拿國外設計師做過的相關樣品給他的看，老老闆都能做的比拿來的樣品更好。老老闆有時會跟客人說這些東西都是客人花錢做，所以要小心保護。但雖然有貼好保護膜，但我還是請專門的回頭車司機，並請安裝師父們小心點安裝。不然就怕白費了老老闆的心血。
