電話中才答應顧客結果實際取餐卻說不行，如果不行怎麼不在電話中就告知，那既然答應了
應該是先做到並且在取餐時告知下一次不行等等之類的嗎？
感受蠻差的，還是鍋鍋好食服務方面比較好，也比較好吃

The feeling is quite bad, but the service is better and more delicious
