★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是我見過最爛的貨運公司，３月２日的包裹，地址完全沒寫錯，（客戶編號23261460-PCHOME購物），而且送貨單也有明確註明送貨到時電話聯絡，手機和市話都有留，結果不但沒聯絡，而且還送錯地址，送到隔壁社區去，太扯了，居然把這麼大箱的東西送錯地址，還送去別的社區，不通知也不聯絡，丟了就跑，老實說我是可以提告的，想投訴還沒有公司網站也沒有e-mail，連一星都不配
This is the worst shipping company I have ever seen. The address of the package on March 2 is completely correct, (customer number 23261460-PCHOME shopping), and the delivery note also clearly states that the phone, mobile phone and city I kept the words, but not only did I not get in touch, but I also sent it to the wrong address and sent it to the community next door. It’s ridiculous. I actually sent such a large box of things to the wrong address and sent it to other communities without notification or contact. If you lose it, run away.
