曾違反勞基法又嚴重干涉員工社群私領域,還敢自稱B型企業的公司,真是了得。無風不起浪,有考慮入職此家公司的人請三思;至於公司產品的部分,代理品牌肯定沒問題,自有品牌部分不良率稍高,購買也請三思。還有公司臉書關評論功能,根本此地無銀三百兩,沒做虧心事怎麼會怕人評論?真金不怕火煉,一間公司還要用洗評論的方式提升自己Google的網路評價,真是可悲至極。

根本連一顆都不想給,只能說,幸運的是沒繼續在這家公司任職... 領導人的「好」脾氣總是遷怒於員工,任何事情都可以讓他們勃然大怒....要主寬恕自己的好脾氣,也只能呵呵 以及沒道理的扣錢制度,員工出錯,認錯付了運費沒問題,但為什麼公司還得再剝削一層費用,根本就坑員工錢,曾經發現J主管出錯,都惦惦不敢講話,底下員工犯同樣的錯誤卻馬上就開單罰錢 BTW,M主管上班加班都在聊天的,然後總喊著事情做不完(又加班做),下班前都叫員工開會或者臨時要員工下班前把某事做完,還不能算加班費喲??? 曾任職的應該都心有戚戚焉吧~ 臉書的溫馨和藹都是裝的

The same mistake was immediately billed and fined BTW, Director M is chatting at work and overtime, and then he always shouts that things can't be done (and overtime), and asks employees to have a meeting before leaving work or temporarily asks employees to finish something before leaving get off work. 人生當中認識的幾位當老闆的人,其中為人最為慷慨樂意捐獻公益的,綠恩的主責人可以說是數一數二非常特別的領導者。雖然我個人是沒在綠恩上過班啦!我知道這位老闆做事的時候要求可是很高的,因為他也這樣要求自己,當然百漏定有一疏,很多缺失不見得是老闆的問題,當然他是領導者所以必須扛這些責任。但若要評價這家公司以及其負責人,我會給5顆星,因為不論做事的敬業、服務的品質以及行事的道德,都是世間少有的光芒。
