★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生活機能佳，附近有黃昏市場，全聯福利中心，國小，國中，晚上可以到樓下公園運動。
陽台比其他電梯大樓，來的更寬敞很多。
保全們都很認真也很親切～唯一缺點就是B3常常有化糞池味道，也請大家發揮功德心，不要亂丟垃圾到馬桶裡～造成管路阻塞

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境不錯的社區,但定點的物業管理方式有點奇怪,機動保全光明正大外留住戶資料給某仲介,會沒事情,還留在社区,反而正職的保全被調出,很奇怪的處理方式?不過整體來說社區還算不錯
