★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居家居服員素質參差不齊，有遇到很好，但也遇到斤斤計較的，督導做溝通的部分有待加強，溝通積極度很差，其實有些溝通三方坐下來好好談應該是可以達到共識，但卻任由家屬繼續跟居服員溝通不良
